Dress Attire

For recreational Ballet classes, female dancers are required to wear a leotard, tights, and ballet shoes.  Hair needs to be pulled back.  A bun is strongly encouraged. For Pointe class, Pointe shoes are required and must be approved and fitted by the school director. Male dancers are required to wear a white, black, or navy solid t-shirt with black pants, black socks, and black ballet shoes. Hair needs to be neat.


For recreational Hip Hop classes, dancers are required to wear non-marking tennis shoes that are only worn indoors and approved by the instructor on the first day of class. Dancers may wear athletic wear such as; a t-shirt, tank top,  leggings, shorts, and sweat pants. Hair needs to be pulled back.


For recreational Jazz, Musical Theater, Technique, and Pom. Female dancers are required to wear form-fitting clothing, such as a leotard, tank top, shorts, leggings, etc. Male Dancers are required to wear t-shirts, joggers, and shorts. Students’ hair needs to be pulled back.


For recreational Lyrical classes, female students are required to wear half soles, male dancers are required to be barefoot.
